## **Problem Statement:**

As we see these days there are a bunch of OTT platforms emerging. It’s raising problems for some of the users who are subscribed to multiple platforms. How might we solve their problems so that they get a seamless entertainment experience?

## **Persona:**

> Shiva is a normal guy who watches his favorite content through mobile apps at home when he has work stress. Finding his favorite movies and shows is difficult for him. With multiple OTT apps, he is exhausted trying to find his favorite movie. When he is busy with other tasks, he also misses his favorite shows. It is very difficult for him to manage multiple OTT app subscriptions. Basically, he wants to gather all of his favorite content and recommendations into one place.

## **Pain Points:**

1\. Managing multiple OTT platforms\
2\. Recommended content for the users\
3\. Searching their favorite shows, movies, sports, etc across platforms\
4\. Managing multiple subscriptions/payments

## **Ideation & Solution:**

\-Manage their media library and watch everything in one place without having to download different apps for each platform. Users can also access their video content across all devices with just a tap on an app icon or through their mobile app.\
\
\- Make sure videos are synced across all devices so that users don't need to switch between devices when watching a different show or movie (because right now each app only has access)\
\
\- Providing recommendations based on user preferences and viewing history, so that users can get personalized recommendations\
\
\- Allowing users to manage their subscriptions across different platforms so that they don't have to worry about missing out on important shows or movies because they are on vacation or busy with other things\
\
\- Allowing users to use their existing account information when signing up for a new service so that they don't need to create a new account—they just sign in and start watching!\
\
\- Enabling users to choose which content they want to watch and from which creators they want to watch so that they can enjoy their favorite content at times that are convenient for them\
\
\- Users who were previously paying for multiple OTT channels now have fewer channels to manage as they only have one subscription to everything (HBO + Netflix + Amazon Prime Video)

"Getting a doctor's appointment is difficult. Don't have time to visit the hospital, and finding the right doctor for the right medical problem can be difficult."

This is a problem faced by many people in our country. They don't have time to visit hospitals and they don't want to go there because of their busy schedules. They also don't want to go to the hospital because they are ashamed of visiting hospitals for specific diseases.

"We are developing an app that will help you book an appointment with any doctor through our app that will allow you to book an appointment at your convenience and avoid having to visit hospitals."

This was the solution we came up with after extensive research on how people in India were trying to get appointments with doctors. We found out that most of them were not happy about going to hospitals for specific diseases and so we decided to come up with something that would cater specifically to them. The app does all this and more!

The Parking app is a revolutionary new app that will help you find the right and secured parking spot near your location. All you need to do is to download it on your phone, enter the address of where you want to park your vehicle and voila! You will receive a notification on your phone with the exact location of the parking spot that’s closest to where you are.

No need to worry about your vehicle being parked in an unknown location anymore because with this app, you can be sure that it is safe from thieves and vandals who might have other motives than just parking their cars.

The problem: When you're looking for the perfect bake shop, finding the perfect cake can feel like a daunting task. You want something sweet and delicious, but you also want it to be pretty and unique. You want to make a statement with your cake, but also enjoy the process of making it.

The solution: We've created an app that will help you find the perfect bake shop for your needs. With our app, you can select from hundreds of flavors of ice cream and cakes—all delivered right to your door! We'll even send out a custom order if you need one.

Our app will help you easily find stores near your location, then let you order custom cakes and pastries via mobile phone using GPS coordinates or delivery zones. This way, there's no more waiting in line—you just choose what kind of cake or ice cream fits your needs best!
